Who are the leaders? What do they do? The leaders are the people who lead the business. They lead the business in such a way that all the employees start following them willingly. They lead all the employees and teams of the business to make sure that the business runs properly. The leaders plan the future of the business. How can we pursue our career if we don’t have a goal? The same goes for a business. How will a business run if there is no goal or aim to work towards? All the businesses have one thing in common and that is having a goal to meet.

All the businesses have a goal to work towards. The goals or the aims are being set by the leaders of the business. For example, a shoe store aims to increase the sales by $5000. The target of increasing the sale will motivate the workers to meet the target set by the leaders. The leaders also need to make sure that all the employees have understood the aims being set. 1) Command

The leaders command the employees of the business. They keep an eye on the employees to check their work progress. They make sure to command the employees effectively. They check the work progress of the employees and identify the weak areas of the business. Moreover, they identify the problems and help the employees to get rid of all the problems faced by them. They know that it’s important to have a balanced work environment, therefore, they make sure to treat their employees in a right manner.

2) Organize

Leaders have to organize the business. The employees of the business will never know how or when to meet the strategies if they are not provided with proper guidance and resources. The leaders need to give proper tasks to all the employees and make sure that there’s no partiality. Moreover, they also need to divide the tasks of the business. The employees will not be able to complete the tasks if they are not provided with the necessary resources. The leaders need to provide the employees with the resources needed to complete the tasks. The leaders need to put in a little effort to get impressive results from their employees.
